Our journey begins with the vision of Eliud Veneti, a local Maasai by tribe, whose roots trace back to the quaint village of Oldadai on the outskirts of Arusha City.

Our Founder’s Inspiration:

Eliud Veneti’s story is one born out of a deep-seated passion and love for nature and tourism. Growing up amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Tanzania, Eliud’s connection to the land and its wonders became an intrinsic part of his being. Florandfauna Experience Tours’ mission is to venture into the small tour operating business, primarily focusing on the rental of 4WD vehicles. This decision is based on our belief that the tourism industry offers tremendous potential for growth, driven by an increase in International Tourist Arrivals. Tanzania has evolved from a destination with concerns about the value-for-money services it offered to a location that now boasts improved services such as accommodations, meals, and transportation. There is a niche market waiting to be served, particularly in the Northern circuit, attracting business executives, public service officials, religious travelers, and politicians, both local and international. This presents a golden opportunity for Florandfauna Experience Tours. The company’s services will primarily involve guided tours in National Parks and Game Reserves conducted via road. Our goal is to expand our reach to cover safaris in the Southern and Western Circuits. However, financial challenges, especially related to tourist facilities like accommodation and internal flights paid in cash, pose a significant obstacle. Early bookings will be essential to ensure a seamless experience for visitors. We aim to contribute to national development, assisting the government’s efforts in promoting tourism and creating employment. The company will strictly adhere to all national laws and regulations on environmental conservation within and outside national parks and game reserves. Long-term Expected Objectives – Acquire at least one suitable, well-operating Land Cruiser. – Support at least one orphanage school. – Provide social support to at least one elderly person in the community. Our Ambition The company aspires to acquire its own safari car, a Land Cruiser, which will reduce transportation costs and increase revenue. National Income The project will contribute 25% of the net profit to the National income.
